About this apartment rental
Bella on Main has a private entrance and private patio area at the rear of our home, with smart lock self check-in for your convenience. This in-ground level apt in our custom raised ranch home has 10 ft ceilings and has all the conveniences giving you a relaxing stay while away exploring the beautiful nearby quaint destinations, located at the Gateway of Niagara's Wine Country. The backroads off Main St scenic path you'll find top wineries, distilleries , cafe's and seasonal farmstands.

The 55" TV is equipped with the Roku Streaming Device giving you access to your favorite streaming apps, Netflix, Prime , Disney Plus and also access to free live TV like TUBI
Complimentary laundry detergent is provided with the in-unit washer and dryer for your added convenience
You are welcome to enjoy your private, designated outdoor patio area. Please note the main backyard is not available for guest use.
Guest Access:
The Guest parking, the Tesla charger, and the Walkway to the Bella on Main apartment are all conveniently located on the right side of the front driveway.
The walkway will lead to the outside Entrance of the unit and once the Guest enters their time-sensitive code, the Smart Lock will automatically unlock the door and Grant Access .
GUEST RULES
Property Care:
No smoking, no vaping, and no pets.
Dishes:
Please wash all used dishes and leave on the counter before you check out.
Trash:
All garbage and recycling should be placed in the designated bins
Linens & Towels
No need to do laundry on checkout ! Please leave the sheets on the bed and towels in the bathroom. Our cleaning crew is scheduled to arrive shortly after checkout to wash everything, vacuum, and fully reset the apartment.
Lights & TV and appliances:
Turn off lights, TV & small appliances when not in use or when stepping our for the day.
Smart Lock:
the door locks automatically after 2 minutes. When leaving. press the "Lock" button on the keypad to secure the unit immediately.
Tesla EV Charger:
The charger is for Guest use only. Please use within designated parking space, and neatly coil the charging cable back onto the wall mount when finished.
