The onsite manager, Shauna, was exceptional. Her expertise, work ethic, and commitment to providing excellent service were evident throughout my experience. Despite working long hours, she maintained a positive attitude and a genuine smile at all times. Because of her outstanding service, she has earned my loyalty, and I will gladly seek her out whenever I am in the Norfolk area. Your organization is fortunate to have someone of her caliber.

I enjoyed everything about the property and location.

The GM was very knowledgeable of the surrounding area and was always pleasant.

The tv wasn’t not connecting in the living room area but I had two big screen TVs so I managed.

We like how spacious the apartment is and convenient to the area.

Loved my stay here! Everything feels so new and modern since they just opened a few weeks ago. The apartment was spotless, the kitchen was fully equipped with everything we needed to cook, and the laundry facilities were great and very convenient. Everything was super clean, including the towels and linens. The location is also really convenient, with a plaza nearby and great surroundings. I also loved how pet-friendly the place is — there are lots of friendly dogs around, which was perfect for us. Shauna was amazing throughout my entire stay. She was so kind and helpful and honestly treated me like family. 10/10 service from her! I would definitely stay here again whenever I’m in the area. Highly recommend!
