The excellent location. The great overall cleanliness. The well-put-up furniture and fittings. The small touches. The roomy bathroom and design decision. The stay. The location is superb- a 3-minute walk from Main Central Street in the City. From there, to the Left, one can walk to the Main City Park, and to the Right is the City's Central Square. From the property, one can also walk down to the Danube Riverside. All this is reachable in a 10-15 min walk. On Main Street, a 3-minute walk from the property, there is an excellent supermarket where guests can buy all necessary products. They also sell home-cooked meals. The property itself is brand new, clean and practical. It has a king-size bed, all main kitchen and living appliances, and a great bathroom. All the features work well together, making any stay enjoyable and relaxing. Communication with the host and the Check-In/check-out process are easy and flawless.

It is a good idea to install a small bathroom shelf for toiletries so guests don't have to use the toilet seat lid for this purpose. Also, it is a good idea to provide a single A4 sheet of paper with instructions for using all electrical amenities: the coffee machine, microwave, washing machine, and TV set. Not all guests have access to AI for instructions.

Nina and her team are truly wonderful people. The place was absolutely spotless, and nothing was missing during my stay.
