The staff were supportive, cheerful and professional specially Mr. Mahrous and Mr. Abdellatif
The suite was clean and everything was new with modern style
The pools were so clean
Value for money was perfect
Many facilities around the hotel like restaurants and supermarkets
The beach location was 15 minutes from the hotel, also it was so crowded that we decided to reserve another more quite beach on our expense
You have to go to the beach by your own car
The wifi was extremely slow
No soap or shampoo in bathrooms
But overall that was not a big problem and we knew already before arrival and it was a nice stay

الفندق لسه جديد تماما لاي حد عاوز ينبسط بمكان نظيف وتكييفات جديدة وكل شئ تمام.
مجربتش الشاطئ الخاص بتاع الفندق بس سمعت انه يبعد عنهم 10 دقايق بالعربية.
حمام السباحة لسه مش جاهز ودي برضه مش فارقة معايا لان يومي كله كنت بقضيه بره الفندق وبرجع علي النوم فقط.
اعتقد ان الفندق خلال شهر او علي الصيف الجاي لما يكون حمام السباحة جاهز هيكون اختيار ممتاز لأي حد بيدور علي فندق جديد ونضيف وغير متهالك.
موظفين الفندق كلهم متعاونين ومحترمين وبشوشين سواء الاستقبال او هاوس كيبينج او اللي بيشيلوا الشنط.
الشئ السلبي الوحيد بالغرفة ان مراتب السراير ناشفة جدا. انا قعدت 8 ايام بدأت اتعود علي المرتبة في اليوم الخامس.
مش بيقدموا باكتات شاي وسكر وقهوة. الكاتل موجود بس النزيل بيشتري مستلزماته بنفسه.
كان متوفر بكر تواليت فقط لكن لما طلبت علبة كلينكس بلغوني المتاح بكر فقط.
يتم وضع صابونة صغيرة فقط بالحمامات. مفيش شامبو ولا شاور جيل.
زي باقي الفنادق تقريبا زجاجتين مياة كبيرة عند اول يوم وباقي الايام تشتري المياة المعدنية بتاعتك بنفسك.
المسافة بين الباركينج والاستقبال حوالي دقيقة مشي ولو رايح الفندق معاك شنط كتير لازم الاول تمشي للاستقبال تبلغهم انك محتاج حد يشيل الشنط وترجع تاني للباركنج وبعدين ترجع تاني للفندق عشان تطلع الغرفة.
اعتقد لو في اوبشن ان موظف الامن علي البوابة يكون عنده وسيلة اتصال بالاستقبال يكون افضل بدل المشاوير.
