A spacious cottage, a private lake and hot tub, well-kept grounds, and friendly owners. It was clean; there is a kitchen for cooking and a BBQ grill (instead of an oven). It is the only cottage on the property—with no neighbors—so nothing disturbed us while we spent time by the lake; there is a nice grill and a gazebo.

уже сподобалось це місце, приїздили відпочити на Сірці але вирішили зупинитися трохи далі від гучних святкуваннь, і не жаліємо, до Сірки 15хв на авто, в будинку є все необхідне для комфортного проживання і найголовніше для нас це тиша та спокій. Є невеличке озеро, де можна порибалити, брали чан на вечір, обмеження по часу немає, це великий плюс. Обов'язково повернемось сюди знову.

В захваті від цього будиночку, все продумано до дрібниць, територія доглянута, сусідів поряд майже немає, тихо, озеро під будинком, можна рибалити, ліс поруч в 10хв, є паркінг з навісом, багато простору, джакузі на терасі, сауна прямо в будинку, є невелика альтанка з м'якими пуфами щоб сховатися від легкого дощу чи сонця, чудові заходи сонця з тераси
