Fish for bass and bream in the semi-private pond (catch and release only), stretch your legs with a hike and explore the woods near the pond. You're also close to McCaysville Park on River Street, the Blue Ridge Scenic Railway, and the Georgia-Tennessee state line, providing you with plentiful options for day trips.
Start each morning out on the expansive deck, where you can savor a cup of coffee and listen to the gentle sounds of wildlife. When you're not out exploring, challenge your traveling companions to a game of Ping-Pong or cards, curl up on the sofa with a good book, or relax by the outdoor fireplace on the back porch. Nice mountain getaway. Well equipped kitchen. The stairs to the pond and dock are a bit worn out, but overall a good stay.

Booked the cabin last minute for an apple picking trip and we loved everything about it! There was plenty of room to hang out and have meals together! Caught lots of fish!
Comfy beds/roomy bathrooms!
It fit all 7 of us and we had an extra room not used!
It was very toddler friendly, I wasn’t worried about them breaking anything and the bedroom upstairs with the trundles was perfect for them! They already asking when we can come back!
Downtown mcaysville is right down the road and is a must!

This place is beautiful! Quiet, restful location but still close to town. Fireplace, deck, comfortable beds, so clean, roomy, just everything pampering. (Bonus was watching deer graze in the morning.)
