The villa is only accessible by stairs.Easy and quiet check-in with a safe or digital codes, from 3pm to 4am, no costs in case of late arrivals.Fast Wi-Fi for remote digital workers, the speed is also guaranteed for business trips. Cable TV also available.Perfect for short or long stays as it is fully furnished and with easy and good access to the city centre.Air conditioning is included and is a plus for the hot summer days, as well as to heat it during your stay in our fantastic apartment with a pool.The apartment has five bedrooms with double beds for two guests each, which gives it a capacity to accommodate 10 people.The apartment is fully equipped with all the necessary kitchen products, washing machine, dishwasher, hairdryer, iron, hob, fridge, freezer, microwave, vacuum cleaner, cinema room, pool.Both the bed linen and towels are sanitised by a professional laundry and are included, in addition to the shampoo and shower gel.Amenities such as toilet paper, salt, pepper, olive oil, vinegar, coffee, napkins are provided for the first few days.All guests must provide their identification documents in a timely manner, and must complete the online check-in on our system to have access to the property.
