No house cleaning, or anywhere to put trash. Beautiful place, just not able to get any help from host or front desk downstairs. I believe the price is too high for what you get.

Overall good -- just checkin process and checkout is a nightmare -- it's need to be staggered or have more people to handle it. There also needs to be better instruction on using the elevator. Overall not bad but for the cost, a hotel may of been nicer due to the service
