•You are between Saratoga (10 mi north) and Riverside/Encampment (10 mi south) - several restaurants & bars at both. Grocery shop in Laramie or locally before you come to property!
•Must have car, 4WD recommended winter-April mud season.
•You are not in town, dirt access road can be rough in March, bugs, noisy cows grazing, distant gunshots.
•There is boat launch traffic during Jun-Jul prime time, especially weekends.
•Please respect local residents, private property rights (NO trespassing), city ordinances, speed limits, grazing animals (domestic & wild), river/fishing rules (see signage at boat ramp).
•House is on the prairie, flys & bugs will find their way inside (can use the handheld vacuums or zapper-swatter!).

Stayed in these cabins as a kid in 1977, caught my first trout by accident and have been hooked ever since - pun intended. When you smell the cottonwood trees, take in the views, listen to the river, you'll understand.

Dirt road can be dusty in summer depending on wind - will spray dust control.
Book ATV's, a horseback ride or scenic/fishing float trip on the river! Encampment Museum, Wyoming Frontier Prison in Rawlins. Drive to the top of Kennaday Peak (4WD). Hiking, biking, hunting, dirt bikes, camping, XC skiing / snowshoeing, photography, birding. Book a massage.
