The house

The property is arranged over two levels.

On the ground floor, you’ll find the entrance hall, the first bedroom, a bathroom, and a large games room featuring a table football game, books, comic books and manga—perfect for both children and adults.

Upstairs, you’ll discover a bright and spacious living area with a fully equipped open-plan kitchen, a second bedroom with its own bathroom, and direct access to the terrace, where you can admire breathtaking views of the Mediterranean Sea.

Swimming pool & nature

Guests can enjoy a large 14 x 5 metre swimming pool, open daily from 10:00 am to 6:00 pm, in a peaceful, green setting.

The owners live for much of the year in the second house on the property. They are committed to respecting guests’ privacy while remaining available if needed.

Their friendly and affectionate English Cocker Spaniel enjoys greeting guests on arrival. For his safety, we simply ask guests to take care when opening the entrance gate.

One of the property’s greatest advantages is its excellent location.

In less than a 10-minute walk, you can reach the beaches, the charming harbour of Le Brusc, restaurants, cafés, local shops, markets, the pharmacy and medical services.

Le Brusc is also an excellent base for exploring the surrounding area by car or bus:
