Ideally located on the 1st floor of a small and quiet residential residence, this luxury apartment of 110 m² offers you the perfect compromise between the animation of the city center and the serenity of the holidays. Here you enjoy complete privacy with only one apartment per floor and totally independent access.
THE APARTMENT (Comfort & Air Conditioning)
Living Areas:** A large, warm, air-conditioned living room, ideal for relaxing with the family, equipped with Wi-Fi (ADSL) to stay connected.
Sleeps :** A large air-conditioned master bedroom with a comfortable double bed, and a second bright bedroom with two twin beds and a large closet. built-in storage.
Modern bathroom :** Enjoy a superb walk-in shower equipped with a hydromassage system (several jets) and a large shower head for maximum relaxation.
Fully equipped kitchen :** Hob, microwave, washing machine, kettle and all the necessary crockery/utensils (pots, pans, glasses, cutlery) to cook like at home.
