At the end of a forest path, you will arrive at Garragnon, a real Landes house in the middle of nature.
This old farmhouse has been completely restored, on a one-hectare airial, and has kept the character of the houses of yesteryear with its lime walls and terracotta tiles. A family home that is being given a second youth, you are invited to spend a quiet holiday, almost far from everything... It even seems that here time tends to slow down? If you are looking for relaxation, this house is for you!
The house consists of a kitchen (microwave, dishwasher, fridge/freezer, induction hob, Nespresso, table and chairs), living room (large table and chairs, sofa and armchairs, TV), 2 bedrooms (1 bed 140, 3 beds 90 including 2 bunk beds), shower room, washing machine), toilet and hallway.
In summer, garden furniture, electric plancha, deckchairs.
In winter, electric heating in addition to a wood stove, for evenings by the fire.
Covered carport.
Baby cottage: folding bed, high chair, booster seat, step stool, changing mat, foldable bath and potty.
Pets not allowed, non-smoking cottage. Sheets and towels not provided. Sheets possible as an option.
Located 4 km from the village, where you will find all amenities (bakery, pharmacy, bistro, medical center)
45 minutes from the Atlantic Ocean and 15' from the Arjuzanx reserve (swimmable lake, pedal boat, walks...)
