There are brand new mattresses, quilts, linens, towels, cookware, plates and utensils for your comfort. The beautiful views of mountain Ascutney from 900 sq. foot porch. Amazing Traeger grill is provided for your enjoymment on the deck. During the summer, the town of Chester provides with great recreational area about 12 minutes away with 2 swimming pools with slides, tennis and basketball courts, skateboard field, playground and more! 1st floor:

living room with an L shape sofa, chairs and 85 inches new TV; Crate and Barrel furniture pieces create that special feel for luxury and coziness. Living room has 4 panels glass wall sliding doors to your own 900 sq. foot deck overlooking mountains;
dining room that comfortably seats 14 guests;
mudroom with half bath and tree hanger for the clothes that welcomes you after you come back home and leave your car in the garage. There is smart Samsung washer and dryer in the mudroom.

1st floor Den with French window style doors, adjacent to living room, has sofa bed and can serve as a 5th bedroom. We can provide with additional air mattress, if you decide you keep your young adults hanging out privately on the first floor.
The kitchen is spacious with great smart appliances and built in ipad Samsung TV. Oversized quartz kitchen island table fits freely at least 8 plus people to have breakfast

2nd floor
There are 2 Master bedroom suites on the 2nd floor, each with it’s own bathroom.

Master Bedroom 1: The main Master bedroom bathroom in addition to stand alone bathtub has shower and the steam room unit combined. It has gorgeous canopy king-size bed with huge, picturesque window and smart Samsung 55 inch frame TV.

Master Bedroom 2: Pottery Barn Queen size canopy bed and it’s own tv in the room and it’s own bathroom with standing shower. There is enough space to put another air bed that we can provide. and 4 bedrooms and 3 full bathrooms plus half bath. Both levels have 3 season porches to enjoy the views, coffee, reading or a meal.

Bedroom 3: Has 2 single beds – one under another and could be used for children as it has kids wardrobe and toys chest. If you need an air mattress to place as an extra bed, it’s provided by the owner for your convenience as well as folding crib.
Bedroom 4: Has : Pottery Barn Queen size bed and love seat that unfolds into an additional sleeping space for one more person. This bedroom has it’s own TV.

This house can be enjoyed by 3 families if you combine children and put 3 kids in kid’s bedroom and the library downstairs. Additional mattresses will be provided.
