Cocoonr is offering this charming 70 m² flat with a shared swimming pool for rent in L'Aiguillon-sur-Vie, which can accommodate up to 4 guests. Bed linen and towels are included, as is Wi-Fi (fibre optic) – we’re just waiting for you!
Located on the first floor (with a lift), it comprises a 30 m² living room, a fitted kitchen, two bedrooms and two bathrooms.
The accommodation is laid out as follows:
- A living room with a TV, a sofa and a dining area
- A fully fitted kitchen including: an electric kettle, an oven, a microwave, a toaster, a dishwasher, hobs…
- A bedroom with a king-size bed (180×200) and an en-suite bathroom (with bath)
- A bedroom with two single beds that can be joined to form a double bed, with an en-suite shower room (with shower)
- A separate toilet
For even greater comfort, the owners provide the following additional facilities: washing machine, cot, fan, iron.
Outdoors:
- A shared, unheated swimming pool, open from mid-May to mid-September. The pool complies with safety standards: fenced with a gate, accessed via a keycard.
- A first terrace, adjoining one of the bedrooms, measuring 8 m², south-facing and furnished.
- A second terrace, adjoining the living room, measuring 7 m², south-facing and furnished so you can make the most of sunny days.
- Three tennis courts, shared with the entire housing estate, as well as a mini-golf course and a boules court.
