The Cocoonr agency is offering this charming house with a swimming pool for rent in Villecroze. It has a floor area of 150 m² and can accommodate up to 14 guests.
It comprises a lovely 42 m² living room (with a fireplace), a fitted kitchen, five beautiful bedrooms, three bathrooms, and a garden of approximately 6,200 m². Wi-Fi (fibre optic), bed linen and towels included – we’re just waiting for you!
The property is laid out as follows:
On the ground floor:
- A 42 m² living room with a sofa and a fireplace (firewood provided)
- A 38 m² dining room
- A fully equipped kitchen including: electric kettle, oven, microwave, toaster, dishwasher, hob… with a dining area
- A shower room (with shower and toilet)
Upstairs:
- Bedroom 1: with a queen-size bed (160×200)
- Bedrooms 2 & 3: each with a king-size bed (180×200)
- Bedroom 4: with a single bed and a pull-out bed
- Bedroom 5: with four single beds, pushed together to form double beds
- A bathroom (with bath, shower and toilet)
- A separate toilet
- A 32 m² studio comprising a sleeping area with a king-size bed (180×200), a sitting area and a study area, along with a bathroom (with bath and toilet). The studio has private external access.
For even greater comfort, the owners provide the following additional facilities: barbecue, washing machine, plancha, ironing board and iron.
Outdoors:
- A 32 m² swimming pool (private, unheated), open from 15 May to 15 October. It has a made-to-measure cover and an audible alarm system
- A beautiful, private, unfenced garden of 6,200 m², facing south-east, with outdoor furniture to enjoy the sunny days
- A covered terrace of 24 m², furnished as a dining area for 14 people
The house is ideally situated in Villecroze, in a very pleasant setting. You’ll find all the essential shops nearby, as well as boutiques, restaurants, bars and a market…
