With this new, exclusive Berlin Wall Apartment, we offer you a comfortable atmosphere—whether you’re taking a short family getaway as a couple with your children or on a business trip lasting several weeks. A new, modern home that becomes the centerpiece of your trip the moment you arrive, providing you with relaxation and energy for an exciting stay in Berlin.
The Living Area
Thanks to the innovative interior design and the extraordinary ceiling height of the former commercial space, a pleasantsense of space. Our custom-designed and handcrafted exclusive CUBE beds make optimal use of the available space. At the same time, the apartment inspires new ways of thinking and unusual perspectives. The apartment offers you flexible opportunities for relaxation and creativity, whether you use it as a home base for exploring Berlin or as an inspiring retreat while working.
The apartment features a double bed (1.60 x 2.00 m) and a sleeper sofa (1.60 x 2.00 m). This makes it ideal for business travelers, couples, and families.
The kitchen is fully equipped with a solid oak countertop, built-in appliances such as a microwave with oven, a refrigerator with freezer, a dishwasher, and a washing machine, as well as small appliances like a toaster, electric kettle, and hand blender—all high-quality Siemens appliances—and offers everything else needed for a cozy breakfast or a gourmet cooking experience.
Of course, the apartment is equipped with high-speed internet, a state-of-the-art 55-inch Samsung flat-screen TV, and—upon request and by prior arrangement—items such as an office chair, game console, or similar. Bedding, towels, and bathroom amenities are, of course, included in the price.
Attention to elegant design was also paid in the living room; so the apartment is furnished with exclusive side tables from the German manufacturer DREIECK DESIGN, and the entire floor in the living room and kitchen features high-quality flooring with an oak plank look.
The apartment’s direct access from the street offers the advantage of private entry, eliminating the need for contact with areas used by others. You can go straight to your apartment—a significant hygiene advantage, especially during the pandemic.

Cafes and restaurants, as well as the Berlin Wall Memorial, are within walking distance. The Schwartzkopffstraße subway station is about 350 meters away and a 4-minute walk.
The Humboldthain S-Bahn station and the Schwarzkopfstraße subway station are just a few minutes’ walk away.
We can request an early check-in starting at 2 PM / 14:00 or a late check-out until 12 PM (noon) through our cleaning company for 30 euros (60 euros for both early check-in and late check-out). Please let us know as soon as possible to increase the chances that this will be available for you.
