The Space:
This thoughtfully designed private outhouse offers everything you need within one stylish open-plan space. The sleeping area features a plush king-size bed, soft ambient lighting, blackout blinds, and clever built-in storage, creating a calm and comfortable retreat after a day exploring London.
The room includes a small comfortable sofa, Smart TV with Apple TV, and a dining/work table, making the space equally suited for relaxing or working remotely. A compact kitchenette area provides everyday essentials, including a Nespresso Vertuo coffee machine, mini fridge, and kettle.
The room includes a full wet room in place of a full bathroom, owing to the compact nature of this space, but it has ample storage, towels, hand soap, body wash, shampoo and conditioner.
The apartment has a modern boutique feel throughout, with forest-inspired artwork, soft textures, warm earthy tones, and contemporary furnishings that create a welcoming yet functional atmosphere.

Please note that guests enter the property through the private rear gate using the keys provided in the lockbox. For security reasons, please ensure the rear gate is locked behind you after entering and when leaving the property.
When leaving the studio, please ensure the outbuilding door is securely locked by pulling the handle upwards before turning the key to lock the door.
Guest Access:
You will have access to the entire apartment.
