Five bedrooms and three and a half baths sleep up to 10 in real beds, with two air mattresses for overflow. Two king master suites each have a private ensuite bath. You are steps from 18th Street, five minutes from the Illinois Medical District and UIC, and ten minutes from the Loop.

The space

This home was built for groups who want room to spread out, with four floors and tall windows that pull in natural light. The chef's kitchen opens into a wide living and dining area wrapped in floor-to-ceiling windows, anchored by a 100-inch TV. The lower level is its own floor with three more bedrooms, a full bath, heated floors, and a large living room. Central air conditioning, forced-air heat with a smart thermostat, and a full in-unit washer and dryer are all here.

The home is furnished simply and kept uncluttered. You get clear, open rooms on every floor and real space to move, with no extra furniture or decor in the way. Hardwood floors run throughout. They are weathered in places and show some honest wear, which fits the age and character of a historic Pilsen building.

Out back, a large deck sits in the private yard, set up for meals outside and easy evenings after a day in the city. One of the king master suites has its own staircase that leads straight down to it, so you can step from your room to the yard without crossing the rest of the house.

Private home on a quiet residential street with close neighbors. Free street parking right in front of the home. We provide 24 hour guest permits for up to 2 cars, and any extra cars park free on nearby side streets. The garage is not included with the rental. Four exterior security cameras cover the building perimeter, facing the outside and entrances only, with no cameras inside the home or in any private outdoor space. Trash and recycling are collected on Fridays. Self check-in with a smart lock, and check-in details arrive before arrival.
