Perfectly suited for couples or solo travelers, this inviting retreat has been thoughtfully updated with stylish finishes, including stainless steel appliances, elegant granite countertops, and a beautifully renovated bathroom featuring a spacious walk-in tiled shower.

Set within the lovely Sea Club Resort directly across from the beach, guests can enjoy lush tropical landscaping, a heated swimming pool, shuffleboard courts, and a scenic picnic area overlooking the Intracoastal Waterway. Best of all, the beach is just a short three-minute stroll away, while local restaurants, shops, and ice cream parlors are all within easy walking distance. Combining comfort, convenience, and an unbeatable location, 21 Sea Club offers the perfect setting for a relaxing Indian Shores getaway.

Kitchen: Striking kitchen includes stainless appliances and attractive granite countertops/kitchen island. Stainless steel refrigerator with in-door ice/water dispenser, dishwasher, microwave, stove/oven, toaster, blender, toaster oven, and coffee maker. Basic spices, cooking oil, and coffee filters and/or pods are not always available.

Dining Area: Glass top dining table with seating for 2. Additional seating for 2 at the kitchen island.

Living Room: Two comfy reclining loveseats, coffee table, and flat screen TV. A small office nook with granite desktop and chair is positioned to the side of the kitchen as part of the open concept floor plan.

Bedroom: The master bedroom has a queen-sized bed, dresser, bedside tables with lamps, a wall-mounted TV, ottoman, and an en-suite bathroom.

Bathroom (En-suite): Beautifully upgraded tile shower, single vanity sink, and toilet.

Laundry Closet: Full-size washer and dryer.

Patio: Enclosed patio with two chairs, Queen-size sleeper sofa, and an additional TV. (No direct AC. Has a ceiling fan.)

Important Information

House Rules:

1. No smoking/vaping in the unit. No illegal substances on the premises. Violation of this policy will result in a smoke remediation fee ranging from $200-$500 depending on the severity.
2. No parties or events.
3. You are vacationing in a residential area, please be mindful of noise during all hours. Quiet hours start at 10pm and you must adhere to local noise ordinance.
4. Rinse off and return any and all beach equipment at the end of each day. Do not leave equipment out overnight.

Renting Requirement Policy: The guest booking the reservation must occupy the unit for the duration of the stay and is required to be 25 years of age minimum. Adults may not rent a unit for anyone under the age of 25, they must be actively present at the rental unit.

Maximum Guest Occupancy Policy: Adherence to occupancy policies and limits is strictly enforced. The guest count may not exceed the maximum guest occupancy at any point in time, including any pre-approved day guests. These policies are in place for your safety and the protection of the vacation home and the vacation rental industry. Violation of these policies may result in immediate eviction with complete forfeiture of all monies paid. Please contact management to request a pre-approval for any day guests. Additional guests that will exceed the maximum occupancy will automatically be denied.

Pool Heating: Please note that when outside temperatures reach 60 degrees or lower, a pool heater cannot always heat the pool completely to temperature. By booking this property, you understand that pool temperatures cannot be guaranteed when outside temperatures are too cold.

Toiletries: Guests should bring their own toiletries, dishwasher pods, and laundry pods. Each unit will have two rolls of toilet tissue per bathroom, soap for every sink, a trash bag, and at least one roll of paper towels in the kitchen. 2 dishwasher pods and 2 laundry pods are also provided if applicable to the rental. We provide one set of bath towels per guest. For guest convenience, we also provide beach towels.

Parking: This unit comes with 1 parking space. Parking is not assigned.

Within walking distance, you will find some of the best area restaurants and ice cream shops, as well as beachwear shopping locations. The surrounding local area has some great day trips: Florida Botanical Gardens in Largo featuring holiday lights late Nov-Jan,1st, John's Pass Village and Boardwalk, Tampa Lowry Zoo, Florida Aquarium, Clearwater Aquarium, Sunken Gardens, Dinosaur World, Ellenton Outlet Malls, Children's Museums, enjoy a Tampa Bay Ray's game at Tropicana Field, a Buccaneers Football game in Tampa, or check out some of the pro baseball teams during their local Spring Training, also Disney World, downtown Disney, and other Orlando theme parks are approximately two hours away.
