An immediate proximity to the beach (10 minutes walk), magnificent confidential coves with turquoise waters (5 minutes walk).
This enchanting place is surely one of the most beautiful natural sites on the Balanin coast.
Many hiking trails are accessible from the apartment, along the coast or taking you to the heights such as the abandoned village of Occi above the village of Lumio.
The apartment is composed of a living room with fully equipped open kitchen (oven, microwave oven, Nespresso coffee maker, toaster, kettle, dishwasher).
A large entrance cupboard with sliding doors with plenty of built-in storage and a large mirror.
A 21m2 terrace with table and chairs for children dining area as well as a small cocooning lounge area for beautiful sunsets.
A bedroom with a double bed in 160, bay window with access to the terrace.
