Welcome to a relaxing holiday in beautiful rural surroundings! This cozy 38 m² terraced house apartment offers a peaceful setting for families, groups of friends, and business travelers alike. Built in 1985 and comprehensively renovated in 2016, the property provides modern comforts in a nature-friendly environment.
The apartment includes a combined kitchen/living room, two separate beds, and a sofa bed that serves as an additional mattress for one. The bathroom features a toilet and a private electric sauna where you can unwind after a day of activities.
A shared swimming area is located just about 450 meters away, where you can enjoy summer days by the water. The lakeshore includes a shared grill spot and a rowboat for communal use. A shared covered grill shelter at the end of the building offers a pleasant place for outdoor dining and socializing, regardless of the weather.
Families with children will find plenty to enjoy, as the area includes swings and a trampoline for kids. The surrounding countryside offers peace, outdoor activities, and beautiful scenery all year round.
The location is excellent for hiking and exploring nearby areas. For example, Savonlinna is approximately 53 kilometers away, making the city's services, attractions, and events easily accessible.
