Luxury Penthouse with lovely Seaview

Welcome to our nice Penthouse apartment about 150 meters from the beach with a fantastic view of the sea. Private roof terrace with privacy protection of 35 sqm. Close to the promenade and the center. Possibility of restaurant visits, fishing, diving, rounds of golf. AirCon, Wifi, Dishwasher and Washing Machine available. Access to shared pool. Nearby you will find the promenade and the center of Puerto de Mazarron. In addition to a fantastic sandy beach, there are bars, restaurants, a marina with boat sightseeing and shopping.

My apartment is the perfect holiday home for both families with children and groups of adults. With a private 35 sqm roof terrace, you ensure wonderful days and evenings with a magnificent view of the Mediterranean Sea, the city and the beautiful mountains. Watch the sun rise behind the mountains and/or set behind the city - you are sitting on the first floor. The incredibly beautiful mountains are well known from films such as `Indiana Jones` and `Taken 3`.
The Mediterranean Sea and the nearest sea bath are only about 100 meters away. Bahia de Mazarron (Bay of Mazarron) includes miles of beaches and coves of varying character, ranging from beautiful pebble beaches to lovely bathing spots covered in fine sand.
The shared large pool is about 50 meters in front of the house, and you have separate keys to it. Next to the pool there are also tennis and paddling courts. These are booked directly with the track manager by phone.
Apartment is on the top floor of a 2-storey building and it is necessary to go up a flight of stairs to enter the apartment.
The apartment has a fully equipped kitchen with an installed water filter, so you can drink good quality tap water. You don`t have to buy and carry water home from the store.
From the kitchen you come out to a small breakfast balcony. Here it is cool in the mornings because the sun only comes in the afternoon.
The two bedrooms each have a very comfortable bed with high-quality mattresses, duvets and pillows, so you will sleep well here. Bed linen is included. One bed is 160 cm wide and the other bed is 140 cm wide.
The living room has a 46` flat screen TV where we currently have Spanish channels. The TV has HDMI ports so you can easily connect a computer with your own HDMI cable. From the living room you have large sliding doors out to the balcony, where the view of the city and the sunset is fantastic. The Wi-Fi router is in the living room and the connection works fine throughout the apartment.
The bathroom is very fresh and has a bathtub. Towels are available.
Outside the entrance door are the stairs to the roof terrace. On the roof terrace there is an outdoor kitchen with washing machine, fridge and a large sofa and coffee table with awnings on the ceiling and walls. Here you can spend wonderful days, evenings and nights!

Dishwasher and washing machine, air conditioning with heating and cooling (separate card reader) and WiFi are of course available for you.



The apartment is managed by Spaindinavia, which is located in the immediate vicinity. They help you get settled, answer your questions, ensure that the apartment is well cleaned and that bed linen + towels are clean. A cleaning and administration fee ensures that you arrive at an apartment in good condition and that you have a pleasant stay.

Puerto de Mazarron is a lovely fishing town with daily fresh fish and seafood in both grocery stores and restaurants. A couple of minutes` drive (why not a bike ride?) to the east is the residential area of Mojon Hills and the small picturesque village of Isla Plana and a further distance in the same direction La Azohia - where time seems to have stood still and everything is `authentic Spanish and genuine` with bars , cafes and small restaurants. Do you want to see one?
For everyone`s comfort, there are certain house rules. Please read them and respect the owners`.
• No more people can stay in the rental property than the booking states, and you have registered with Casas De Bahia.
• All guests must be pre-registered before check-in.
• The one who made the reservation must be in place the entire time.
• No smoking inside. If smoking outside: close doors and windows (do not let the smell come inside).
• No subletting in any kind is allowed.
• No pets or animals are allowed in the rental property. If you want to bring your pet, please contact us.
• Close / reel in or secure sunshade, umbrellas, awnings, and cushions when it´s windy, during the night or when you are leaving the property. Strong winds can easily break the fabric.
• Always shower before going into the pool. No sand or sun-cream must end up in the pool for hygienic reasons.
• Do not keep keys in the key lock on the inside of the door. If keys are kept in the key lock, you cannot open the door from the outside. In this case a locksmith needs to come and change lock. The cost is at the guest’s expense.
• Keys are not allowed to be copied. Lost keys mean an additional cost of 50 euro (change of lock for security reasons) for the guest.
• Towels from the property may not be brought to the beach.
• The area is quiet and peaceful, loud parties or music is not allowed in the property.
• If something breaks or get lost, please replace damage items, and let us know about it.
• If the rental property has a BBQ, this must be cleaned if used. If it is left in a dirty condition, an additional cost of 20 euros will be charged for extra cleaning.
• Put the garbage & litter in the allocated bins on the street.
• Leave the property tidy and in a good condition when checking out.
• Air conditioning has a separate meter for pre-paid cards. That means that you, when you check-in, may buy a card from us, for the value of 10€ or 20€, in order to use the A/C (hot and/or cold).
