About this house rental
The real extras of the house that my hosts loved:

It is a large family home of 150 square meters full of charm, drowned in greenery, by the sea with a 700 square meter garden located in Anglet on the edge of Biarritz in the residential area of Aguilera that can accommodate 6 adults and 2 babies.
It is above all designed to accommodate a family with its spacious and bright rooms in the image of Basque family homes.
Completely renovated with new equipment and WIFI with Fiber throughout the house, it includes on a total surface area of 150m²:
- Three large bedrooms including two master bedrooms with dressing room opening onto a terrace or balcony overlooking the garden and a bedroom of 15m² perfect for children but also for older children with three beds.PGJyPg
- A double living room of 60 square meters with double exposure, large bay windows and fireplace
- A kitchen open to the living room and opening onto a terrace where you can have your meals with a view of the garden and without any opposite. The kitchen is fully equipped: gas hob, electric oven, dishwasher, fridge, freezer, microwave oven.
- A bathroom with bathtub and shower
- A large entrance of 15 square meters
- A space of 60 square meters on the first floor also at your disposal with its laundry area (washing machine and dryer) but also the possibility of storing all the beach equipment, surfboards, bicycles, etc ... In complete safety
And on request a SPECIAL Baby KIT with beds and childcare equipment.
All the bedding is new since I have just equipped the house. All the equipment in the house is also new. Motorized blinds including on the terrace.
The gardener-maintained and fully fenced garden is a southern garden where laurels, camellias, Indian lilacs, hydrangeas, azaleas, lantanas, wisteria and bignones grow. If you like flowers, you will enjoy it because it is good to sit there in peace. Deckchairs at your disposal.
A reserved space in front of the house allows you to park safely and free of charge.PGJyPg
The TRAM is at the end of the street. You will be on the Grande Plage de Biarritz in 8 minutes!
IMPORTANT:
1) Beds will be made on arrival. All household linen is provided. A contribution to the laundry costs will be required (30 euros per occupied bed) for bed linens, shower sheets, towels, dish towels, potholders, etc ...
2) If you don't want to have to take care of the cleaning at the end of your stay, a cleaning fee of 60 euros is also available.
3) If you come with your small pet, we will ask you for a contribution of 15 euros per week and per pet.
The area is very quiet. Secure site for children. The garden is fenced. Grass and shrubs.
Welcome provided on arrival and departure by my Concierge Service which is in Biarritz and will be available for the duration of your stay.
The area is residential but you will find at the end of the street: Carrefour Express open until 9 pm even on Sundays, pharmacy, bakery, hairdresser, two restaurants, caterer, rotisserie, etc
ATTENTION:
Heating is not included in the price of the stay and even if the temperatures remain mild all year round in the region, I may have to heat the house a little if you think it is necessary. Plan an additional budget ranging from 5 to 15 euros per day depending on your needs! This amount will be paid at the end of your stay based on the daily data provided by Engie according to your consumption.
