The multifunctional space is cleverly furnished with a comfortable double bed (180x210cm) opposite the television, with two bedside tables and a wardrobe to store your luggage. In the same space, you'll find the cozy dining area at the bar by the kitchen.The kitchen has some basic amenities such as a combination microwave for heating meals, dishwasher, refrigerator, and a Nespresso coffee machine plus kettle for a delicious cup of coffee or tea. Please note, there is no stove available. The air conditioning and blackout window coverings ensure a pleasant atmosphere at any time of the day.The bathroom is equipped with a modern walk-in shower with rain shower and a toilet. On the private terrace (10m2) facing south, you can relax at the garden table with seating for 2 people under the parasol.Unfortunately, the studio does not have facilities for children up to 2 years old, and pets cannot be brought along. The studio is designed to make your stay as pleasant as possible. With a bicycle storage, private parking space, and charging point for electric cars, everything has been thought of.
