Brand-new property with a lovely design and super friendly staff. Loved the little touches in the room, like the welcome chocolates, the fact that you can make tea/coffee in the room, and access to all streaming channels on the TV. Super comfortable beds as well. We’d love to come back if we’re in the area.
Could be a bit cleaner. We found quite a lot of hair on/in the bed, floors and in the bathroom upon check-in.

Room nicely decorated and clean.
Could hear neighbours loudly for hours until 2 am, having showers, running water, flushing as though they were in our room, talking, their tv. Needs much better sound barrier/insulation between rooms. Light under wall mounted microwave could not be turned off so was on all night. Wifi or cable out on tv constantly making it very hard to watch.
