The place was very clean, nice and quiet location,comfortable, felt like home.
The shower was broken and all through my stay, no one came to clean the room or empty the rubbish.

I liked that this was close to the tube station and good value for money. All facilities were provided, along with cleanliness. We were accommodated where required.
The shower pipe was leaking which added a bit of challenge due to the small size of the washroom, and ventilation can be improved as well. The check-in/check-out times are not standard to other hotels which made it difficult for us to adjust with. Customer service can be improved.

Great value for money
A mandatory fee was added that was not shown in the total price at the time I booked and paid which is not legal to do.
It took too much time and effort to get that fee waived and check in details sent to me, but it was resolved and the outcome was what it should have been.
