l'accueil et le confort de la literie. la proximité a pied à l'océan, les commerces aupres, la plage du veillon a 25 min celle de Tanchet à 10 min en voiture.. facilité pour se garer aupres de la resindence.. l'ado était content avec la mezzanine. les 2 chambres en bas sont bien et l'extérieur est vraiment top . endroit au calme. je valide et je conseille
pas de leur fait mais , pb d'odeur dans la douche a cause des voisins qiu ne sont pas là , les odeurs remontent via le siphon de la douche..
