Shala Resort & SPA

I had the best vacation of my life at Shala Resort. I genuinely feel so confused about the reviews, I had a wonderful experience. Budget friendly hotel with an amazing beachfront location. Our room had everything necessary, air conditioning, cleaning every other day. The staff are so helpful and kind, they even upgraded us to a sea view room when they found out it was my birthday. The manager is a true gem. Very good and tasty breakfast, the manager showed us the kitchen. they have their own products organic, I was speechless when i saw the fresh raw milk come in the kitchen. They should promote more this aspect of organic food. they even have a small shop in the resort with their products. The private beach is clean and spacious, the swimming pool is beautiful and big. For having travelled all Albania and most of Europe, Shala Resort is a steal for the price and facilities.

Au niveau de l hotel, juste l''emplacement, c'est tout. Sinon les albanais sont tres sympas.

Ce n'est pas un 4 etoiles. Je ne sais meme pas si ça vaut 1 etoile. Sale, menage non fait regulierement ; il faut courir après la responsable pour que le menage soit fait. Même chose pour les serviettes il faut raler pour en avoir. Les employées ont l air perdu. Beaucoup de clients se sont plaints. Il y a un gros probleme d' organisation. Même pas de telephone dans les chambres. Quant aux transats de la plage ils sont en bois avec des matelas sales. Tout ça est vraiment dommage car "l'hotel" est bien situé et les albanais tres sympas.
