Location is perfect, apartment is perfect, offsite parking space is perfect, so it would be a perfect 10.
The thing is, as I said I was arriving by car and reserved the offered parking, I believe could've been warned that the apartment itself is in the Limited Traffic Zone and that entering that zone could/will result with a fine. Google maps will also lead you to the address without any warning. So I've pulled up at the address, no "no parking" signs, not blocking anyone, unloaded suitcases from the car in 2 minutes (times are on the fine) and I ended up paying 75€ (full price 115€) to the company that handles fines for that and they were not interested in any excuses.
