It was perfect for us as we had business to attend to on the site.
It was tatty and seemed like the owners never checked on it. Solar patio and path lights didn’t work, patio blinds were broken. The steps up to the patio were dangerous- we had to put rocks underneath them to make them safer. Needs looking at urgently. There was nowhere to prep food, no spare worktop area at all. There was no inside table, we ended up bringing the patio table and chairs inside. Needs some TLC. Could be lovely if it was cared for.
