Sauber, funktionell, Preis ok.
Zugang brauchte Rückfragen. Atmosphäre im Raum etwas nüchtern. Altbau überraschend hellhörig. Man fühlt sich beim Nachbarn gegenüber des Flurs quasi mit am Tisch sitzend. Die Wasserleitung oder ein Aggregat dröhnt und knattert wie ein Boschhammer über alle Etagen hinweg. Würde das auch in der Nacht losbrüllen, wurde man sich beim Aufschrecken den Kopf an der Decke anstoßen, da der Schlafalkoven das aufrechte Sitzen nicht ermöglicht. In der Nacht blieb es ruhig.

Es un apartamento correcto para dos personas, está muy bien aprovechado y está en una zona tranquila a 10 minutos del centro
El edificio está en mal estado pero el apartamento por dentro es muy cuco. El problema es que era muy caluroso y la cama está en un altillo donde no corre un pelo de aire. El sofa cama es super incómodo. Con aire acondicionado y otro sofa, ganaria mucho
