Casa María

This was a quaint and authentic village house which has been renovated to a high standard, had everything you needed for a comfortable stay and it was beautifully clean on arrival and Juana Maria, the owner, had left us some local fresh bread and water as a welcome gift, the bread was delicious! The accommodation is in a great location being only around a 4-5 minute walk from the main plaza with its selection of bars and restaurants. We had excellent communication before, during and after our stay with Elena the daughter of Juana Maria. Elena was extremely helpful with recommendations about the local area and also sourced some hiking trail maps for us as that was the main reason for our short stay to be able to experience a part of the Los Alcornocales national park. On our first evening out, Elena happened to be in the same place as us and she recognised me from my ID check-in photo, so we were able to say a personal hello together which was very nice. I can totally recommend this accommodation and the welcome you will get from this family!

We did experience some passing traffic noise but this cannot be helped due to the nature of the road outside the house being cobbled but it did not overly disturb. We did unfortunately experience some very early noise from a neighbour on one morning which did disturb our sleep, this is beyond the control of the owner and hopefully was just a 'one-off' incident.

¡Me gustó todo! , los anfitriones un encanto, al llegar nos dejaron un detalle de bienvenida. Casa hipermega limpia, acogedora, no le falta un detalle. Para mí la página no tiene suficientes estrellas para calificarla. Recomendable 100%
