Modern 2BR Flat with AC & Balcony in Angel near Kings Cross

The apartment itself is okay, but unfortunately the street is very noisy and the building is also quite poorly soundproofed – you can hear almost everything. The lighting in the bathroom is very poor, and the carpets don’t feel particularly clean. We also don’t find the surrounding area very attractive. Three years ago, we stayed in South Kensington, and we definitely preferred that area. It had much more charm and felt much nicer overall. It would also be a nice touch to provide guests with a bottle of water upon arrival and a few coffee capsules. Considering the price of the apartment, we feel that these small amenities should be included. One important point is security. We feel that the main entrance door should be fitted with a more secure and reliable lock. The locks were also difficult to operate and did not always feel as though the doors were properly secured. In our opinion, the entrance door did not feel particularly sturdy and seemed as though it could potentially be forced open with enough pressure. This made us feel less secure than we would expect when staying in an apartment.
