The apartment is cute and well located, close to the marina. There's private parking and self check-in via code, which is convenient. The kitchen is well equipped, there's a washing machine, and the terrace is great.

Bed linen and towels were not mentioned as unavailable in the listing - we only found out they weren't provided after arrival. it would help a lot to offer bed linen and towels as an option (even for an extra fee), so future guests don't end up in the same uncomfortable situation we did. The bathtub was dirty on arrival, suggesting there's no professional cleaning between guests. There's a note on the door requiring guests to do a full cleaning before checkout, including mopping the floors - something we've never encountered before on Booking. Some neighbours in the building were unusually odd, and the stairwell had an unpleasant smell.
