Daiichi Luxury Cruise

Travelling to Vietnam for a long trip including Sapa and Ha Giang meant we had a massive amount of luggage. I was quite worried about bringing all these heavy bags onto the boat, so I reached out to Daiichi via WhatsApp beforehand. Their team was incredibly accommodating and didn't hesitate to help us store a large suitcase and a backpack at their Cat Ba Island reception—just like an airport luggage check-in! On our way back, they even proactively reminded us to pick up our stored bags. Such a thoughtful and seamless service.

The team provided energetic and thoughtful assistance to my son and me. The onboard dining was impressive, with delicious dishes prepared by the chef. Thank you, Daiichi, for taking us to the gorgeous Lan Ha Bay!

We booked the full package with Daiichi, including the bus transfer from Hanoi to Cat Ba and the Daiichi Luxury Cruise overnight trip to explore Lan Ha Bay. The service was truly exceptional! Every detail was well taken care of, and the staff and tour guides were amazingly friendly, helpful, and attentive. To top it off, our trip happened to coincide with the maiden voyage of the new cruise ship. We were delightfully surprised to receive a complimentary book and glasses of wine as the very first guests on board.
