Vlora City Apartment

Everything was perfect, clean, comfortable, the owner was kind, the location was near to the center, I highly recommend it.

The host met me at the property on arrival. The property is spacious with two bathrooms. The bed is firm of good quality, and the pillows provided support. The air-condition in the bedroom was functional and there was a separate one in the lounge.

The cleaning was not up to par. The floor was sticky and had hair of previous residents on both the bedroom and the bathroom floors and shower cubicles. The metal bed headboard was dusty. I had to buy two packs of floor wipes to clean the floors and wipe all the surface areas in the apartment. I did not come on holiday to be doing cleaning work. There was no toilet paper. Not even one roll. I had to buy one. No blanket or duvet in the bedroom. There was an iron but no ironing board. I had to improvise with the bedroom cabinet. No microwave. Basic cooking utensils. the desk and chair in the bedroom photo upload for the listing, were not there during my stay. The bedsheet on the bed in the bedroom smelt of sweat, and the mattress cover was not clean. I had to put the sheets in the washing machine to wash and ask for fresh sheets from the host. The main shower did not drain properly during and after use. So, I used the ensuite shower, which had better drainage. On the second day of my arrival, the host texted me to ask me if it was ok for someone to come and have a look at the place because he had advertised the apartment for renting. The office had someone that would like to view the place that day. On checkout day, the host messaged me to say checkout was until 10am which is incorrect as the original listing states checkout was till 11am.
