Csendes a háztömb, pedig a belvárosban van, közel a központhoz. Nagyon szép kilátás nyílt a szobákból egy folyóra, hangulatos padokon lehet lent ülni. Napfényes, szép lakás; kedves és készséges a szállásadó.
Alapvetően minden nagyon tetszett. Ha mindenképpen kell javasolni jobbító ötletet, talán lehetne polc a zuhanyzóban, és több hely felakasztani a fürdőlepedőket.
