Appartamento molto ampio nel centro del borgo di Ispani, in zona molto tranquilla. L'arredamento è datato, tipico di "casa della nonna" per capirci e questo personalmente l'ho trovato piacevole. E non manca proprio nulla! Da tener presente che è necessario avere un'auto a disposizione per raggiungere il borgo di Ispani in completa autonomia.
In estati torride come quella attuale la mancanza di un condizionatore, anche portatile, si fa sentire. Non basta il ventilatore a rendere l'ambiente meno caldo.

Manca aria condizionata (il condizionatore non esiste). 3 televisori presenti,nessuno funzionante. Troppo caldo, ventilatore insufficiente e mancanza di zanzariere a finestre e balconi
