Bardzo ładnie urządzone mieszkanie, kuchnia super wyposażona.
Łazienka odstaje od reszty pomieszczeń, kiepskie ciśnienie ciepłej wody. Fatalna lokalizacja, bardzo duży problem z parkowaniem.

Apartament piękny przestronny i świetnie wyposażony, Wygodne łożko, kanapa i duży telewizor. Czystość też na najwyższym poziomie.
Lokalizacja fatalna. Niski parter w kamienicy. Praktycznie do rana do wieczora siedzą pod oknami, palą papierosy i glośno sie zachowują jacyś Ukraincy. Na klatce za dzwiami latają rozdarte dzieciaki i ciągle się przetwierają jacyś szemrani ludzie. Ale na szczescie wszedzie sa rolety antywłamaniowe i rolety wewnętrzne, więc można sie zamknać jak bunkrze, tylko drzwiogly by byc bardziej wygluszone.
