It's a gem, great value for the price, locally owned, growing food on site, really nice staff, and brand new construction. Beds were comfortable, views are amazing, and great beach club close by, and short drive to Kuta and other nice beach clubs around.
It's a simple villa situation, so nothing really to complain about. Good hot water, great water pressure, amazing views... There's room for improvement, but nothing that I would say to discourage other guests. If you're looking for an authentic, simple, affordable spot near Selong Belanak, this is it.

It s not only a beautiful acconmdation, it s also a no profit foundation Who takes care of local people. They grow organic food, we had a unique sasak traditional lunch which was delicious. The manager and the staff are great persons e the place is really unique. The room are absolutely clean and Nice. They also offered a delicoius dinner using the products of their garden. We met other wonderful guests and we really felt like at home.

Spacious rooms with great shelving/ storage (I found this rare in Indonesia). Big bathroom with separate shower. Air conditioning.
Wonderful friendly staff and a community vibe where you can get involved with local life and food. The owners and staff shared home cooked local food with us every day of our stay, and invited us to the organic farm and to do activities like helping the women grind coffee by hand.
Close to town but not in the middle and easy to arrange motorbike rental.
Nothing! I am only sad I couldn’t stay longer.
