بيوتى روز لشقق المخدومه

My three-night stay was deeply disappointing and far below any acceptable standard of hospitality. Upon arrival, the receptionist informed me that no booking existed under my name, despite having made and paid for the reservation two days prior. This was handled poorly and without any sense of urgency or professionalism on her part. The room initially assigned to me did not match my booking. After raising a complaint, I was moved — however, the replacement room lacked the most basic amenities: no kettle, no towels, and no iron. The window sealing was so inadequate that road noise was constant and unbearable, making rest or sleep virtually impossible throughout my stay. For the entire three nights, no housekeeping service was provided whatsoever — no room cleaning, no replenishment of drinking water, and no tea or coffee restocking. These are not luxury expectations; they are the bare minimum any guest deserves. NO Air conditioner in lounge, you have to keep sweating in lounge. Even the location on Agoda application for this hotel is wrong, i have to stop car and ask passing by persons to reach the hotel. I would not recommend this property and will not be returning.
