Assana Beachfront & Seaview Suites

Brand new condo with amazing sea views right on the beach. Tons of cafes and shops within minutes' walk. The hosts were very efficient and accommodating. The bed and duvet was soooo comfortable we had the best sleep. Loved having a washer and dryer and all the amenities for cooking. Huge smart TV and spacious balcony. Awesome pool with beautiful sunset views although i wish they had some umbrellas. Great well equipped gym with sea views. Assana is only 15 mins from the airport. Lots of watersports nearby. Cheapest duty free chocolates in the country (more than 50% cheaper than in KL!) Highly recommend the crepes at My French Factory (10 min walk). McDs next door too. Overall it was great value for what we got. Would definitely return again in the future.

Lots of construction still going on so it's extremely noisy if you're on the balcony. Once doors are shut you don't hear as much but still annoying to hear faint piling works at 830am every morning (opt for units facing the other side). The hosts did kindly offer to change rooms but I chose to stay on for the amazing views ;) beach is a 5 min walk away. Bring a beach mat. Bring your own swim towels as you're only given one towel per pax. Wish there was a drying rack on the balcony. There's no daily housekeeping (need to pay extra) but that's fine, also bottles of water only provided once but easy to buy across the street. Honestly the pros really outweigh the cons so don't think twice, just book it :)

Bon emplacement proche du centre et des activités touristiques ainsi que de la plage

Le bruit lié aux constructions aux alentours Impossibilité d’obtenir un check-out tardif même en s’y prenant 3 jours avant.

View, staff, the facility

Minor but it is worth mentioning, lifts are too slow

L’emplacement était au top ! Un hôtel très haute game avec un personnel adorable !
