Apartment Vista Mare Petrosa

🇬🇧 We had a wonderful stay and can wholeheartedly recommend this apartment to anyone visiting Scalea. The apartment is spacious, modern, spotless, and beautifully maintained. It is perfectly designed for families. We traveled with children, and having a separate children's bedroom with individual beds made our stay incredibly comfortable. Even a family with three children would have plenty of space. The parents' bedroom is cozy and thoughtfully furnished, with a large chest of drawers that provides plenty of storage for clothes and personal belongings. The bathroom is modern, clean, and very comfortable. The living room is bright and welcoming, with a comfortable sofa, a large round dining table where the whole family can eat together, and a spacious, well-equipped kitchen area. Everything needed for cooking is available, and the kitchen utensils are of very good quality. One of our favorite features was the two large balconies. The balcony next to the parents' bedroom is perfect for a quiet, romantic evening overlooking the town. The second balcony offers a beautiful sea view. Every evening we enjoyed drinking tea, playing games with the children, sharing snacks, and admiring both the sea and the lights of Scalea. These moments became some of the most beautiful memories of our holiday. The apartment is fully equipped—you only need to bring your personal belongings. Soft towels, comfortable beds, quality appliances, and every little detail make you feel at home from the moment you arrive. A special thank you to the hosts for creating such a warm and welcoming place. L'appartamento è spazioso, moderno, pulitissimo e curato in ogni dettaglio. È perfetto per le famiglie.

🇬🇧 There were only two small things worth mentioning. The Wi-Fi connection was unstable during our stay, and during the last few days it stopped working completely. For our family this was important because our son works in IT and needed reliable internet access. We believe this was simply an unfortunate technical issue rather than something the hosts could control, as they tried to help when we informed them. The second point concerns the location. The apartment is in Petrosa, which is situated on a hill. If you are traveling without a car, walking to and from the beach can be quite demanding, especially on the way back uphill. By car, however, it takes only about five minutes and is very convenient. There is parking near the building, and we even found shaded parking spots during most of the day, which was a great advantage in the summer heat. If you arrive by car, we actually think the location is an advantage. We could easily drive to different beaches, explore Scalea, visit supermarkets and shops, and enjoy the surrounding area without any inconvenience. For guests traveling by car, this is definitely not a problem. --- 🇮🇹 Ci sono solo due piccoli aspetti che vale la pena menzionare. Durante il nostro soggiorno la connessione Wi-Fi è stata un po' instabile e negli ultimi giorni ha smesso completamente di funzionare. Per la nostra famiglia era importante, perché nostro figlio lavora nel settore IT e aveva bisogno di una connessione affidabile. Pensiamo però che sia stato semplicemente un problema tecnico temporaneo e non una responsabilità dei proprietari, che hanno cercato di aiutarci quando li abbiamo avvisati. Il secondo aspetto riguarda la posizione. L'appartamento si trova nella zona di Petrosa, che è in collina. Se non si ha un'auto, raggiungere la spiaggia a piedi può essere piuttosto faticoso, soprattutto al ritorno in salita. In macchina, invece, si impiegano solo circa cinque minuti ed è tutto molto comodo.
