This beautiful Villa Mirna with pool is located in the small, enchanting village of Medulin, only 500 metres from the sea. The villa has a large living area with kitchen, dining room, living room (sofa bed), 5 bedrooms with double bed (one bedroom is in Gallery upstairs living room) and 3 bathrooms. Each bedroom has its own air conditioning! In total up to 10+2 people can be accommodated in this marvellous villa. There are also 2 terraces on the ground floor and 2 balconies on the upper floor, which are furnished with table and chairs. Outside you will find a beautiful, private pool, which is only for your use and where you can refresh yourself at any time. Sun loungers, parasols, an outdoor shower and a barbecue round off the outdoor area and ensure cosy hours together. The kitchen is also equipped with a dishwasher, coffee machine, microwave, living room with LCD TV, washing machine and air conditioning. Wi-Fi is free of charge. The fenced garden and a private parking space on the property offer enough privacy to make your holiday outside the city as quiet as possible. In the garden (1900 m2) there is a covered terrace with lounge area and dining table (for 12 persons) and a barbecue area where you can enjoy preparing delicious meals and spice them with aromatic herbs from the garden that surrounds it. Outside you will find a beautiful, private pool, which is only for your use and where you can refresh yourself at any time. Sun loungers, parasols, an outdoor shower and a barbecue round off the outdoor area and ensure cosy hours together. This price is for 10 guests in the house for each additional guest (max 2) will be charged extra per guest per night. The damage deposit is payable in cash on arrival. If all guests are younger than 25 years damage deposit is per person and groups of young people under 21 years are not allowed! It is a perfect place to have a break from your hectic everyday life. The beaches in Medulin are made of gravel and concrete, and the most famous sandy beach Bijeca is located in this bay. This is a "children's beach", the entrance to the sea is very shallow and therefore suitable for children. The shop is 5 minutes walk from the house, but also banks and restaurants.
