    Upon arrival I was told the new owners no longer do business with Agoda, and rooms were sold out. Staff was very nice and somehow found a room for the 1st night, then we had to switch to a different room the next 4 nights. Shower went cold after 8 minutes. The AC didn't appear to work, as it would blow air but not cold air so we woke up every morning hot and sweaty. Housekeeping never came once out of the 5 nights so we had to go to the front desk to get clean towels. After checking out the last day we stored our luggage in their closet, but some other customer "stole" the key so maintenance had to break into the tiny room so we could get our luggage before heading to airport. That process wasted 2 hours so taking the train was no longer an option. Although there were so many issues, the staff was very empathetic and the breakfast was fantastic.

    I think the 24/7 front desk is really helpful. Indy to work till late and was able tho check-in in the early morning which is nice.

    We often stay here. Usually the service is always good and pleasant. But once we came back to stay there again, the housekeeping staff was unfriendly and annoying. not polite. The receptionist spoke while rolling eyes at us. We were kicked out of the hotel, suddenly. And our money didn't come back.
