Detached Quadruple Studio Room with Simple Kitchenette near Top Ryde city

It was easy to get to via public transport and uber/taxi. Modern. Electric blankets were nice on the cold nights. Check in and check out were easy. Overall cleanliness was good

Need tea towel and sponge for washing/drying dishes. Only had dish washing liquid. Shower glass was dirty and had dried toothpaste and hair on the outside. Ezeas Mold & Mildew Remover on the silicone will make the mould disappear (that didn't really worry me just a helpful tip). The last person didn't clean the dishes too well so had to rinse again before we could use them. It got a little chilly if you weren't in bed with the electric blanket on. A small heater would have been nice, if allowed

Property served it purpose. Beds weren’t too bad. Property was mostly clean. The PIN code to the door was a great idea

There is no heating or air conditioning. Bathroom window opens 2cms. Hot water has to be put in cold to actually get hot water. Neighbouring properties were loud. Luggage been dragged up stairs at 10 pm at night when rules clearly state for no loudness after a certain time. Conversations being had at 12pm.
