דירה עם 3 חדרי שינה וחל של סלון- מטבבח ופינת אוכל קטנה. המיטות נוחות והדירה היתה מאובזרת עם כל מה שצריך. בנוסך יש מכונת כביסה ומייבש כביסה. והבריכה בחצר היתה מקום שבו נהנו הילדים. היחס של בעלי המקום היה נהדר, סייעו בכל מה שניתן. הדיר ממוקמת בקרבת קניון סטאר במרחק של 5 דקות הליכה וכן בנסיעה קצרה של פחות מ 10 דקות מחוף הים ומקניון נהריה.
המקלחת קטנה מאוד עם וילון היה וקשה להתרחץ מבלי שהמים יצאו החוצה וירטיבו את כל הרצפה.(קצת קשה להתלבש,כשאין מקום יבש לעמוד בו) השירותים ביחד עם חלל המקלחת מה שמקטין יותר את המקלחת. אך גם מגביל מאוד שכן, אין שרותים נוסף ביחס למספר הנפשות שיכולים לשהות בדירה זה יוצר קושי.. החניה בתשלום מ 8:00-19:00 ברחוב. חבל שלא עודכנו בעניין. כי היה קשה למצוא חניה ללא תשלום בקרבת הדירה. ולכן נאלצנו לשלם חניה לשני הרכבים שלנו.
