I honestly don’t know where to start apart from saying this place was everything we hoped for and so much more. We were the first guests to stay and what an incredible introduction to France it turned out to be. From the moment we arrived we were blown away. The photos really don’t do it justice. I honestly felt like it was the perfect place to relax, like imagining nature as your creative muse. The house had absolutely everything we needed. The kitchen was so well equipped that cooking together as a family was a joy with a terrace for our daughter to relax whilst we were in the kitchen. The three bedrooms were all beautiful and incredibly comfortable and every space felt thoughtfully put together. But if the house was everything we wanted, the garden was everything we didn’t even know we needed. It is absolutely stunning. We spent our mornings with coffee listening to nothing but birdsong and the peaceful sound of silence and were lucky enough to spot deer passing through. It was one of those places that instantly helps you slow down and breathe a little deeper. The host was lovely and communication was great throughout. We genuinely felt at home and have made some really special family memories here. We would absolutely stay again and in fact we’re already hoping to return on our way back from Portugal later this summer. Thank you for sharing such a beautiful home with us.
