Modern 2 Bedroom Townhome in Palos Verdes

The downstairs was beautiful! Close to important medical appointments and shopping center! Owner text us with clear instructions.

Told to owner: We never saw a live body to welcome guest with written instructions for appliances, television, supplies provided and contact information by phone to the host. It not enough - guests can get other supplies before arriving! Also, coffee maker needed cleaning: coffee maker needed descaling; coffee had grounds in it. Also, stairs to bedrooms too steep. Garage not easy to open . Outside patio not clean. Spots on white couch we had to ckean. We contacted host who had disagreements on some points -like a welcome book; crew needing to clean better; appliance fix and coffee maker. It is IMPORTANT to note thus property is NOT for individuals with mobility issues; nor needing walkin shower like me. l had to sleep on couch. Ditto my husband. We left it clean and helped with removing stains in couch. Cleaning crew NEEDS supervision and report to owner. She left text number to reach her but a live voice accommodation IS needed for people who cannot text!!!
