The location is directly across from the beach, making it perfect for watching the Pacific Airshow. The coastal walkway runs between the complex and the beach, providing an easy and scenic stroll. The complex feels very secure, and the host was helpful and responsive throughout our stay. It’s just three blocks from the grocery store and the local bowls club, and about a 30‑minute walk to Cavill Avenue (north) or Broadbeach Shopping Centre and the casino (south). Buses are also easy to access if you prefer not to walk. All toiletries are provided, and there are extra towels available for the heated pool. There’s a toilet and shower accessible via the carpark, which is great for rinsing off after the beach without bringing sand back to the unit. The beds are comfortable with plenty of pillows and covers, and tea and coffee are supplied. The carpark can be a little tricky if you have a larger vehicle (around 2 m in height). Once underneath, it’s easier to reverse into the space for better clearance. Visitor parking is available in the driveway but is time‑limited to 12 hours and requires scanning a code to enter your details. Keys are collected from a nearby grocery store about three blocks from the unit. It’s convenient to pick up any supplies at the same time, as there’s also a bottle shop and café at that location. Parking for key collection is easy, with a carpark directly across the road. We also brought our little dog with us, and he absolutely loved the walks along the beach. The coastal pathway made it easy and enjoyable for him to explore, and the location was perfect for daily strolls.

Some of the kitchenware needed a quick wash before use, and a few leftover food items in the kitchen were past their date and could be cleared out. It wasn’t a major issue for us as we brought our own supplies, but it’s worth mentioning for future guests.
